Kelsey graduated in 2021 from West Coast College of Massage Therapy. She worked closely with RMTs in her prior years of being an athlete and body builder and hopes to be a part of your rehabilitation journey too. She aims to achieve patients goals with individualized treatment plans.
She has additional practice in sports massage, perinatal massage, and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization. She also has a Personal Training certification through American College of Sports Medicine which further expands her knowledge and understanding of the body’s movement.
Kelsey has a deep therapeutic treatment style and uses a variety of active and passive modalities such as Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), trigger point, stretching, and General Swedish.

Lexi graduated from CDI College in South Surrey in 2017 and has a passion for health and wellness. Through her schooling, she discovered her love of anatomy and desire to help people feel their best. Lexi was a competitive dancer for 12 years and it provided her with an interest in injuries and the healing process. She utilizes her dance background and massage training to integrate a well rounded approach to therapy and recovery.
Lexi strives to work together with her clients, to discover the root cause of pain and discomfort. She uses her training in techniques such as myofascial release, active and passive stretching, trigger point release, postural awareness and joint mobilizations to address each clients individual needs.

Since graduating from the 3000 hour program at WCCMT in 2013, Tara has been working as an RMT in Abbotsford, BC. She is passionate about the benefits of massage therapy and helping others reach their health goals. Her passion stems from her own injury recovery experience, with Massage Therapy playing a significant role. There is nothing much more rewarding to Tara than helping others achieve their optimal health.
Each treatment includes time for an interview, physical assessment, treatment and reassessment. Tara takes the time to listen carefully and create a treatment plan that is well thought out to meet each patient’s needs. Tara’s techniques may include a combination of Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Joint Mobilization, Active and Passive Stretching.

Taylyn graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2019. Her interest in massage therapy spiked from growing up playing sports. Through sports she became in tune with her own body. An interest in anatomy sparked from there and massage therapy seemed like the obvious choice. Taylyn excels in this career due to her knowledge and passion. She gets a feeling of fulfilment seeing her patients improve in their daily life and activities.
Taylyn assesses each patient and uses a variety of techniques to treat such as, Swedish massage, trigger point release, myofascial release and passive and active stretching.
